The first is that it will change it up a little bit and give your readers something new to read. Secondly it will create some traffic from the guest bloggers site to potentially come and check out your writing. Finally, the more you invite people for you the greater the chance of you getting an opportunity to guest blog for someone else. Build a big strong network and you will start to see more traffic for sure. More traffic as always increases the opportunity of people clicking your ads and generating you revenue.
